11:48 # After a particularly noteworthy episode of Critical Role, as the last one was, I sometimes go to Reddit and read some stuff that other people are saying about Critical Role. It’s always a mistake. Fandom communities are pretty much the worst of humanity. It always boils down to a community of hyper aggressive defenders versus hyper aggressive attackers.

08:17 # I played Fallout 76 for a few minutes, walked outside, saw another player’s character standing there, opened the map and saw a bunch of other player name tags dotted all over the place, and closed the game, probably forever.

21:14 # After I had previously fell into a weird rabbit hole last week watching Faster Purple Worm! Kill! Kill! I fell into a weird rabbit hole this weekend with the Traveller actual play show Voyagers of the Jump. Traveller was my second favorite set of ttrpg books to read but never play when I was a kid. This is the first time I’ve ever seen Traveller played by human beings.
