Thanks to zillow.com, I discovered today that the house I grew up in, which used to be at 6035 O’Day Drive, Centreville, VA 22020, now appears to be: 5964 Manorwood Drive, Centreville, VA 20120.
According to zillow.com, its estimated value is $470,953, and it’s assessed value in 2002 was $272,690 (buildings $116,690, land $156,000).
