I first saw this mentioned by Vivian Paige. This is not a sarcastic bit from the Daily Show. This World Net Daily article is real: Soy is making kids ‘gay’. Again I must reiterate: He’s not joking. He provides scientific evidence that too much soy in one’s childhood inhibits testosterone and makes boys gay. What impressive scientific credentials give him this wisdom? ‘James Rutz is chairman of Megashift Ministries and founder-chairman of Open Church Ministries. He is the author of “MEGASHIFT: Igniting Spiritual Power,” and, most recently, “The Meaning of Life.”’

World Net Daily definitely wins today’s Laughing Stock Of The Blogosphere award.

(Although, one can’t rule out that Rutz really is joking, knowing full well that everyone in the universe will link to that article and denounce his lunacy, which will in turn drum up a lot of publicity for his books and his ministry. I guess I fell for it too.)
