Endgame Viable
Week 9, Dallas at Washington
Tom 261 words
Washington pulled a win out of their collective butts by blocking what should have been Dallas’s last-second game-winning field goal and getting a facemask penalty on the ensuing runback. But it counts as a win no matter how ugly or unlikely it is. :) Overall, the Redskins showed improvements in their passing offense (that is, they actually had one), but their defense still looked pretty shaky, especially on third down. Washington remains a longshot in the wildcard race, but at least they beat Dallas. Hopefully next week they can pull off a victory over Philadelphia, too.
