A Fascinating Article

This article really serves no purpose except to test some new database features I added tonight. If you’re wondering, each news article now has an optional picture and link reference, which makes administration a lot easier.

Here are some news snippets from Krehbiel-land:

Our niece and nephew have been staying with us the last two days, which makes things a little interesting, if not entirely quiet. :)

The power was off half the day today after a harrowing storm; fortunately my mere presense scared it into coming back on soon after I got home from work.

Cynthia and I went to the Green Valley Book Fair Monday and picked up a case load of books for practically nothing. I got a bunch of computer books and she got, well, non-computer books. (Go figure…)

Our upstairs air conditioning has (finally) been “charged up,” so it actually works now. This is quite cool (hyuk hyuk), because I can work in my studio again! And the installer did a superb job with the acoustics; you can barely tell when the A/C is running. In fact, you can hear the noise from I-64 outside more than you can hear the A/C noise.

I made an icon for my “Spam Filet” program; it’s a blue fish with a knife sticking through it and blood squirting from the wound. Neato!

Ok, off to bed. Now to find an interesting picture and an interesting link to reference.
