Potential spoilers for Baldur’s Gate 3, Act 2, in the area of Rosymorn Monastery.

10:06 # Arg hell. I need to go to the grocery store this morning, it’s already 10:00, and I don’t feel like it. This is probably going to affect my nutritional intake for the entire week because I’m just going to grab the first things I see as quickly as possible so I can get back home fast and get on with my day. Annoying.. #nutrition

11:32 # Okay grocery store run completed, and I successfully got ground beef and chicken breasts instead of just filling my cart with horribly unhealthy frozen pre-prepared stuff. Now if only I felt like actually cooking any of the stuff. That’s a problem for later. #nutrition

11:36 # Baldur’s Gate 3. Last night in Baldur’s Gate 3, the exploration of the Rosemorn Monastery continued. Lots of stuff to fight there. It’s pretty much non-stop combat, to be honest. Three different encounters so far, with another one to come. And I’m not really sure why I’m even there. Haven’t learned anything or advanced any stories and there are no related quests in my log. It’s just one of those side diversions that must be explored simply because it’s there. #baldursgate3

11:40 # Baldur’s Gate 3. I have to admit, after 80+ hours of playing Baldur’s Gate 3, I’m starting to think there aren’t going to be any ill effects from having illithid tadpoles in our eye sockets and the plot motivation to remove them isn’t very motivating. I’ve sort of lost the thread of what I’m supposed to be doing or where I’m supposed to be going in this game to advance anything related to the main story. #baldursgate3

17:36 # Baldur’s Gate 3. Long story short, in a surprising twist, the githyanki in their creche could not remove the parasite with their fancy schmancy machine. And they weren’t very pleased that I broke their fancy schmancy machine either. Karlach was the only one left standing at the end, and it took every one of the expensive healing potions we just bought five minutes earlier from the githyanki vendor. #baldursgate3
