Endgame Viable

Has anyone else seen that 1/2 Hour News Hour on FOX? We stumbled onto another episode last night. It’s obviously targeted toward the loyal Rush Limbaugh fan who also owns signed, dog-eared copies of every Ann Coulter book, but I can’t even imagine a diehard dittohead laughing at any of the jokes. Even the faux anchors, who deliver their lines with all the passion of mortuary attendants on valium, don’t seem to think it’s very funny. They appear embarrassed to read the jokes; they always have a puzzled expression on their faces or shake their heads sadly after each punchline. It’s like they want to apologize all the time. I can imagine them thinking: “We’re so sorry, Roger Ailes is forcing us to read this stuff off of the prompters, he is holding our children hostage and won’t release them until the show is cancelled.”
