Endgame Viable

I had set a personal goal not to dissect SWAC propaganda anymore, but I stumbled on this post while pruning down my news reader last night: Anti-war protester complains about D.C. march. I can understand the desire to counter-protest and show support for troops, and I can even understand distaste for the more violent, corporate pacifists out there. But this? SWAC Girl wrote at great length in support of “war supporters who screamed epithets, spit, tried to knock down the banner bearers…” There wasn’t even a half-hearted “now of course we don’t condone that sort of activity, but…” in her post. Just paragraph after paragraph of rationalizations for denigrating protesters. That just doesn’t strike me as a very positive vision for America.
