New Years Blogging Resolutions

124 words.

Here’s a few of my news years blogging resolutions so I can refer to them later:

  • Fix my personal blog to interface with Google’s new Atom 1.0 API on the new and improved Blogger, so I don’t have to cut and paste my content into Blogger’s silly editor.
  • Learn more about local politics in Virginia and Henrico Country. This excellent Raising Kaine post about possible (possible?? ha!) racism in the upper echelons of the Henrico County GOP made me wonder just what the heck goes on in county politics.
  • Use the terms “liberal” and “conservative” more precisely. Most people use them as grossly over-simplistic generalities, including me.

Thomas Krehbiel writes The Krehbiel Strikes Back, a generally centrist commentary on news, media, politics, and culture.

This page is a static archival copy of what was originally a WordPress post. It was converted from HTML to Markdown format before being built by Hugo. There may be formatting problems that I haven't addressed yet. There may be problems with missing or mangled images that I haven't fixed yet. There may have been comments on the original post, which I have archived, but I haven't quite worked out how to show them on the new site.

Sorry, new comments are disabled on older posts. This helps reduce spam. Active commenting almost always occurs within a day or two of new posts.
