17:56 I’m trying to work out how to archive these statuses in a more permanent record. A major obstacle to my usage of the Fediverse is how transient the data is. I want all my Internet writing to be permanent. Gotosocial has the ability to create an RSS feed of your status updates, which is cool, because I can use just about anything under the sun to read that RSS feed and archive the entries into, for example, some kind of daily digest or something like that. So that’s what I’m trying to work out. (Unfortunately RSS feeds don’t have anything like threads.)
